The ÓpticaPro Awards ceremony was the culmination of an intense two-day journey that brought together companies and professionals from the sector at the Instituto Pernambuco Porto-Brasil, in the “Invicta” city, between May 10th and 11th.
Ricardo Flamínio, publisher and director of ÓpticaPro magazine, welcomed us to the pioneering event. This first edition of the OPÓTICA summit featured 17 speakers, with a set of four differentiating moments for discussion and analysis of the sector, extended to the participation of the public, who attended the event in large numbers.
The excellence of Portuguese optics took center stage with the presentation of the ÓpticaPro 2024 Awards, an initiative aimed at boosting the Portuguese optics sector and motivating professionals to do more and better. On Saturday afternoon, 20 awards were handed out at a session held in the auditorium of the Instituto Pernambuco Porto-Brasil and attended by various personalities linked to the national optics sector.
Also noteworthy was the networking at this summit, with the presence of 12 companies from the sector, partners who brightened an event that aims to cement its presence on the national optics scene.
